Rodrigo co-founded Morphal in 2025, a software startup venture that automates work using AI agents supervised by humans-in-the-loop that make critical decisions.

Morphal is an independent spin-off of his previous venture, BUNCH, an 8-figure BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) specialized in AI data labeling and trusted by over 100 tech companies in Fintech, Adtech, Crypto, AI and Prediction Markets. BUNCH currently employs 500+ full-time specialists, an experience that inspired Rodrigo to explore automation of large processes with AI agents.

As a founder, Rodrigo oversees product, business development, client onboarding, and marketing.

When he's not running Morphal, he enjoys writing about the impact of AI agents on the future of work and exploring his passion for design.
